Honouring My Cyclical Nature — And Why You Can Too

Feeling the pressure to show up consistently and perfectly? You’re not alone. This heartfelt reminder explores what it means to embrace your natural rhythm, especially for mothers, creatives, and those healing after loss.

I’ve been quiet for a while, not because I didn’t care, but because I thought I had to show up perfectly. Consistently. Flawlessly.

And somewhere along the way, that pressure stopped me from showing up at all.

But here’s the truth I had to remember:

I move in spurts. I flow cyclically.
And actually… that’s okay. That’s me.

Whether it’s my menstrual cycle, lunar rhythms, or simply the way I’m designed (Manifesting Generators, you’ll know what I mean!), I’ve never operated in a straight line.

And I’m learning to honour that.

Maybe you feel it too, the push to be linear, predictable, polished, even though your inner rhythm tells a different story. If so, you’re not alone.

Here’s the thing:
I teach what I most need to remember.

Breathwork. Self-compassion. The truth that healing isn’t linear.

So this is me, taking my own advice.
Coming back. Imperfectly. Honestly. And with love.
