Listen To Your Intuition - Sunday Pep-talk #4

Listen To Your Intuition

Listening to your intuition. Do you do it? Or would you say there's an intuitive 'voice' or 'gut instinct' you feel or listen to instead? Maybe you call it something else?

You’ve probably seen those pictures of Hindu Gods and Goddesses with a third eye in the middle of their forehead? You might have noticed that in yoga or meditation, hands are brought together in

'Namaste'

and sometimes lifted to the middle of the forehead, the third eye point.

Did you ever wonder why?

Today's post will explain a little bit more about listening to one's intuition to help us make decisions: big or small!

The Symbolism of 'The Third Eye'

Because the third eye point is meant to symbolise your inner wisdom, your inner guidance, the divine within you - which is also present in every person you encounter.

Namaste

My soul recognises your soul. I honour the light, love, beauty, truth and kindness within you, because it is also within me. In sharing these things there is no difference and no distance between us. We are the same. We are one.

This week’s Sunday pep-talk is special and dedicated to my

paternal Grandmother, Thamma.

As always, I’d love to hear if you listen to your intuition - whether on a daily basis or when making important life decisions!
