Just One,  A Day

This Pep-Talk is perfect for anyone who wants to try doing just one, a day.

Are you overloading yourself with too many tasks, getting overwhelmed and not making any happen?!

Trying One A Day has been really helpful in my own life and so maybe applying the concept to yours will be too.

Click on to read & listen to this week’s Sunday Pep-talk!

I often find that if I give myself the permission to not pile my to-do list too high, I get the most done.

Sounds counter-intuitive, right?

Let me explain!

Knowing tha in a particular task, there was only 1 SET thing I would need to complete? It meant I enjoyed it more, completed it quicker and sometimes even carried on for a little while longer!

Unintentional productivity -

always a win-win!
