Hi, I’m Ananya. I combine my lived experience of navigating pregnancy loss as a British South Asian woman, with my PhD in Reproductive Biology and my training as a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and coach. My work helps women reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and rediscover hope.

I combine my PhD in Reproductive Biology with certified breathwork and trauma-informed coaching, alongside lived experience and cultural sensitivity, to meet you exactly where you’re at.

I am available for interviews and commentary on pregnancy loss, and pregnancy after loss, recovery, trauma-informed healing, and the power of breathwork and meditation in women’s wellbeing.

Corporate services
I design bespoke, evidence-based wellbeing programmes that help workplaces respond compassionately to pregnancy loss and life after loss. My sessions equip teams with the language, tools, and confidence to support employees navigating grief, and I’ve worked with organisations such as Tommy’s, HAVAS, and HubDot.
I also provide consultancy to implement, revise, and update miscarriage policies, ensuring staff have access to the best resources, protocols, and support.
