Don't Be Scared to Look Back

It's June but let's discuss May's #FaceAFearEverydayThe Asian Destination:: Don't Be Afraid To Look Back

I didn't blog about it but it was not to be afraid to look back.

We're always told, 'don't look back' 'focus on the next thing, the next goal' but I think it's important to look at the past, look back and see how far you've come.

There was a time when I was painfully shy I needed to be accompanied to my tap dance and violin classes. Now, I'm just *plain* shy but I can look back and smile at the journey it took to get here.

I would get severe anxiety meeting new people when I was a lot younger, now I'm still shy but better at dealing with it.

Whatever it might be, feel proud of what you've accomplished in your life, be it only May 2014. We're still going to make mistakes, we'll make bad decisions and choices but they're stepping stones towards fulfilling the potential we know we have.

Look back & smile, look forward into June & the next 6 months of 2014.

#HappyJune
